What can I say? I *LOVE* this picture!
I'm a fan of Johnny and Patsy (both for their awesome voices, great songs, AND karaoke potential!), but while Patsy Cline was the soulful sometimes-wronged sweetheart, Mr. Cash was ALWAYS a major bad ass - even when pushing 40 (when this pic was taken).
Is there even a contemporary who will enjoy the career longevity that Johnny Cash has?

Perhaps in the future you will think before posting the obvious. Of course he's dead (did you consider my use of "was" when referring to him?) While Mr. Cash is departed, he still has career longevity given that he's still selling records, etc. posthumously.
